Spring Cleaning Service Policy

 

 

By hiring Spring Cleaning Services for your cleaning project, you the Customer / Contracting Party agree to the following specifications in this policy.

Guarantee of service

Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight. No refunds!

Cancellation policy

We request a minimum of two (2) business days cancellation notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict about our two (2) business days cancellation policy, please honor it! Less then two (2) business days cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

  • Regular House Cleaning - minimum of three (3) hours per cleaning person cancellation fee

  • Moving Cleaning - minimum of Four (4) hours per cleaning person cancellation fee

  • Post-Construction Cleaning - minimum of Five (5) hours per team cancellation fee

  • Spring Cleaning - minimum of Five (5) hours per team cancellation fee

  • Out of Control Clutter - minimum of Five (5) hours per team cancellation fee

We will charge a full price: 1.) if you, the customer, call our office after business hours, after 6:00 p.m., and leave a message to cancel the appointment; 2.) if our staff show up at your doorsteps and for any reason not able to clean your home. (example: locked doors, the construction crew is not finished and you the customer have to turn them away,) No exceptions!

Payment policy

We will not schedule an appointment without a valid credit card on file! (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) If you would like to make a payment in Cash or by Check, please leave your form of payment on the kitchen counter. We only charge your credit card if there is no Cash or Check payment left for us. Please do not provide your credit card information over the internet, we will contact you by phone. A $30.00 fee is applied to all returned/bounced checks.

Refunds policy

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services; but, if you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight. No refunds, no exceptions! Please see our guarantee of service on top!

Termination of service

If for some reason you wish to terminate your cleaning services with us (Spring Cleaning Service) permanently, and would like us to remove all of your personal and financial information from our database, such as credit card information on file, address and telephone number, we request the following actions from customers. 1. Call our office to notify us of a service termination. 2. Submit your request in writing to our office at 139 Fulton Street, Suite 718, New York NY 10038. 3. Do not call our office to schedule an appointment for four (4) months, your information will be removed permanently.

Insurance policy

Spring Cleaning Services is fully insured – Certificates of Insurance available upon request.

Terms for Clutter Cleanup: Because of the condition of the apartment, while Spring Cleaning Service will use its best efforts to protect the property of the Contracting Party, therefore the parties agree and acknowledge that Spring Cleaning Service can not and shall not be held liable or responsible for loss or any damage to the Premises other than as may be covered by Spring Cleaning Service liability insurance. Spring Cleaning Service is insured for $1,000,000. Additional insurance: Worker’s compensation and disability insurance.

When damage occurs and you have a claim to report, you, the Customer / Contracting Party will have to contact our insurance company policies claim department and the agent will be able to assist you as quickly as possible at 347-673-5292. Provide them with details of your damage and set an appointment for an adjuster to visit your premises. This may happen relatively quickly.

NOTE: We do not refund, reimburse, or discount for damages, our insurance company will assist you with your claims. Including but not limited to: broken items; damage to your floors, furniture and other; damages to clothing during laundry service; lost items during clutter cleanup; etc.

Privacy and Security policy

We guarantee full discretion and security. We agree not to duplicate our customer’s keys; upon cancellation, we return the keys within five business days. We do not share or sell our customers' information with third parties. We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services.
