Post-Construction Cleaning Rates

1bm 1bth - Team of 2 cleaning crew - up to 5 hrs = $350.00

2bm 2bth - Team of 3 cleaning crew - up to 5 hrs = $525.00

3bm 3bth - Team of 4 cleaning crew - up to 5 hrs = $700.00

Larger homes - Team of 10 + cleaning crew - minimum 5 hrs

Additional crew member = $35.00 / hr minimum 5 hrs
