Move In or Out Cleaning Rates

1bm 1bth - 1 cleaning person for up to 4 hours = $150.00

Additional time = $25.00 per hour/person

Cleaning supply and equipment included - see list below!

  • Floor cleaner - Murphy soap or other

  • Glass cleaner

  • Multipurpose cleaner

  • Sponges

  • Swiffer mop to clean floors and walls

  • Small household vacuum cleaner

  • Dusting/washing towels

We guarantee your satisfaction! -Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight. No refunds! See our policy.

 

Cancellation policy - We request a minimum of two (2) business days notice. If for any reason, you have to cancel your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict about our two (2) business day cancellation policy, please honor it! Less then two (2) business days cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee! See cancellation policy! No exceptions!

House cleaning services provided in the following areas: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx. We are using public transportation to getting to the customer's home; therefore, we are only servicing those customers that are located no more than five (5) blocks away from any subway station. No buses, no LIRR, please!
